Cancellation/Reimbursement Policy

Valid requests must be received by email 30 days before course date. All refunds are subject to $50 processing fee. Refund requests require 4-6 weeks.

Privacy policy

Protecting your information is important to us. Any collected information about you is to sign up and pay for conferences/seminars. Your information is not shared beyond paying for conferences/seminars and for conference/seminar purposes. Your information is not shared with any third parties.

Review and resolution of complaints & disputes:

In order to receive a certificate for the 30 hour Supervision Workshop, attendees are required to attend all 5 days of the workshop, and participate in activities and breakout sessions. Participants, with prior approval, may attend the same day missed at a future workshop to make up days missed due to illness, bereavement, etc.

In order to receive a certificate of completion for the self-care seminar, attendees need to attend the entire self-care seminar and participate in the seminar.

Complaints and disputes are reviewed against Lighthouse Counseling Enterprises policies.
