Partnering with David in Success Coaching provides opportunities to explore non-supervisory challenges to help monitor effectiveness. Consultations are designed to benefit seasoned clinicians as well as less experienced therapists using skilled coaching to improve performance.

Potential Success Coaching Topics

Topics are primarily partner dependent in areas which you seek assistance, including but not limited to the following:

  • Supervisee, Peer, or Case consultation
  • Trauma stewardship (Managing Vicarious Trauma)
  • Processing heavy challenges like clients completing suicide
  • Encouragement/Affirmation
  • Developing a system for supervision
  • Creating work/life balance
  • Dealing with imposter syndrome or insecurities

Success Coaching is professional development.

David Frobish is not responsible for your clients or supervisees – the services provided are recommendations and/or suggestions; they are NOT directives. He is not providing client, case, or supervisee coverage. Any interpersonal competencies discussed will be in terms of the impact these issues have on professional functioning and development.

Sessions are typically 40 to 60 minutes. Session fees are $135 per session via phone or zoom. When a session exceeds 60 minutes, the fee will be prorated. Sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may result in being charged for the full session. The session fee is due at the time of service. Session frequency is determined by consultant and consultee. Typically, consultees choose to meet 1 to 2 times a month.

Lighthouse Counseling ENT

Upcoming

Lighthouse Counseling ENT has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7334. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Lighthouse Counseling ENT is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Make Up Policy

Lighthouse Counseling ENT is an ACEP provider with strict rules pertaining to receiving NBCC credit. Any time missed during the workshop will have to be made up during a corresponding time at a future training. For instance, if a person misses from 9 am to 11 am on Day 2 of the conference, then they will need to make up from 9 am to 11 am on Day 2 at a future workshop. According to NBCC, there are no exceptions to this rule. Certificates are only awarded when all 30 hours of course time has been completed.
